Caught in a web?

spider web and horseEver feel like you’re caught in a web?

Something happens, and you force thoughts of it to the back of your mind. Something else happens. Forced to the back of your mind. Then something else.

Eventually, the back of your mind gets full, and those things you wanted to forget now are in the front of your mind, affecting your day-to-day life.

You can’t hide it any more. You’re caught in the web.

First responders may need more tools to help build resiliency to stress.

The goal of our You First campaign is to help first responders gain a better understanding of how to help themselves, to build resiliency. The free demo on Sept. 10 will give you a glimpse of how horses can help you be more resilient. It’s open to all first responders in Middle Georgia and is closed to the public and media.

The campaign in the U.S. and Canada will be in September, historically recognized as National First Responder Month. We’ll provide meals, to show our appreciation for our first responders.

Register at www.thepeachpitgeorgia/events, or contact us by Sept. 5 at 478-827-3224

It takes courage to ask for help. Be courageous. #youfirstdemo #firstresponder #eagala
